The minute I walked into the waiting room I felt a friendly atmosphere.

I was impressed with the warmth and organization of the receptionist.The wait time minimal.

After being escorted to the patient room, I was met/weighed, etc. by the nurse practioner who was also pleasantly engaged and efficient.

BUT, meeting Lizellen for the first time was absolutely the best. Over- the-moon concern, compassion and intelligence.

Lucky me to have found her!

This was my first visit. Prior to my visit, Dr. Dela Merced answered my emails in a reasonable time and put me at ease going in to my appointment. During my appointment, Dr. Dela Merced was professional, informative, and answered all my questions. From start to finish, a great experience!

Dr. La Follette is a breath of fresh air! After my very disappointing experience with Kaiser, I’m feeling renewed faith in modern medicine. Although I’m a new patient, I have hope that she will help put the pieces of the puzzle together that will set me on the road to thriving in my post menopausal years. Both Dr. La Follette and Dr. Dela Merced are simply fabulous! They have guided me flawlessly through a complication filled pregnancy. Being on anti-coagulants, having gestational diabetes and a breech baby has certainly been full of unexpected adventures but they have supported me as my birth plan changed from a natural vaginal birth to a planned c-section! I know I’m in the best hands possible and feel great as we get ready to welcome our baby in less than 2 weeks!
