What does the eVisit app do?
The eVisit online and mobile app is an easy-to-use, secure, 2-way video platform that allows you to receive treatment from your doctor anytime, anywhere for common health issues.
What conditions can be treated via a remote visit?
Remote visits are a good way to get questions answered. They are also great for receiving treatment for new pregnancies and minor medical conditions, including: urinary tract/bladder symptoms, birth control counseling and prescriptions, hormone replacement therapy prescription refills, lab reviews and much more.
What conditions cannot be treated via a remote visit?
If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately and do not attempt to receive treatment via a remote visit.
How does a remote visit work?
With the eVisit app, seeing your doctor remotely is easy. If you’re a new user, the first thing you’ll do is go to evisit.com and create your account. Then, you’ll click the “request eVisit” button at our scheduled appointment time and answer a few questions about your condition.
We’ll receive your request and let you know when we’ll be ready to see you. Then, you’ll be connected to your doctor via 2-way video from your computer or smartphone. Your doctor will diagnose your condition, answer your questions, and, if needed, send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy so it’s ready to pick-up when you arrive.
