Dr. La Follette and Stripes by Naomi Watts
Our very own Dr. Lizellen La Follette was invited to Los Angeles to celebrate the launch of Stripes, a company created in partnership with Naomi Watts and Biotech company Amyris, to make change, inspire individual confidence, and help generations prepare for and navigate menopause.
On top of the Launch Party, Dr. La Follette also visited the Pop Up Event at Century City Mall, during which she spoke on a panel with the Stripe Founder, hosted by Joe Zee. Serving as a Medical Advisor for the brand, Dr. La Follette has been able to support product and supplement development as it relates to menopause.
The group discussed taking the stigma, shame, and anxiety out of experiencing menopause. Stripes stands for embracing this very simple but profound truth – menopause is a part of midlife, but midlife is far more than just menopause.
From their Hair & Body products to Vaginal Wellness and Supplements, Stripes is here to promote solutions that help people navigate and mitigate the natural transitions that occur before, during, and after menopause.
