The minute I walked into the waiting room I felt a friendly atmosphere.
I was impressed with the warmth and organization of the receptionist.The wait time minimal.
After being escorted to the patient room, I was met/weighed, etc. by the nurse practioner who was also pleasantly engaged and efficient.
BUT, meeting Lizellen for the first time was absolutely the best. Over- the-moon concern, compassion and intelligence.
Lucky me to have found her!
